Date makrout, almond and/or walnut baklava, almond gazelle horns, Dziriettes,
Mkhebez - each pastry is handcrafted, respecting authentic Algerian
savoir-faire.

Our pastries are prepared without added colorings, artificial flavors,
and with a reduced sugar content - for healthier sweets, without ever
compromising the authenticity of the flavors. Carefully selected ingredients,
entirely artisanal work, and the high standards of a company that loves what it does.
