IMZAD is a French brand dedicated to the excellence of Algerian pastry.

When the time came to name our company, we sought an authentic name, rooted in our heritage and true to the values we wished to embody.

The Imzad is an ancestral musical instrument, made and played exclusively by Touareg women, an Amazigh tribe deeply rooted in the traditions of the desert. This name symbolizes authenticity, the transmission of artisanal savoir-faire, respect for values, and the art of refinement.

Algerian pastries are also a precious heritage, passed down from generation to generation, mainly by women. Today, this culinary art evolves and perpetuates itself thanks to the increasing involvement of men, thus ensuring its continuity.

It is in this spirit that we chose deep blue, inspired by the cheche of Touareg men, as the emblematic color of our brand. A tribute to our roots and the values we wish to share through IMZAD.
